Some pupils need a consistent adult who sticks with them, even on the tough days.

We’re looking for a Behaviour Mentor TA to support pupils who need extra guidance with behaviour and engagement in a BS3 primary school.

What your day will involve:
You’ll work closely with pupils who may struggle with behaviour, helping them understand expectations, manage emotions, and stay engaged in learning.

You’ll build strong relationships, provide structure, and work alongside staff to create consistency.

The ideal candidate:
You’re resilient, patient, and emotionally intelligent. You stay calm, even when things are challenging.

You understand behaviour is communication, and you respond with empathy and structure.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
