Join this Ofsted rated outstanding mainstream secondary school – you will be joining a team of friendly & passionate staff .
Your main duties will be supporting special educational needs and moderate learning difficulties in a classroom & inclusion unit. When supporting within the inclusion unit you must be emotionally robust & capable of dealing with challenging student behaviour.
You must be passionate about working with students KS3-5 with differing needs and abilities & be academically confident in working independently with small groups of pupils.
The successful candidate will hold a good level of education & strong communication as well having a flexible, adaptable and resourceful approach to supporting learning .
The school offers further professional development, working with students who respond to passionate teaching and working within an established team with supportive colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
