Job description
BEHAVIOUR BUDDY

  • Looking to get your foot in the door in the education sector?
  • Do you thrive in a learning environment?
  • Wanting to strengthen your CV for future teaching roles?

Protocol Education are looking for dynamic, resilient individuals able to work with pupils with behavioural problems whilst also being a strong role model for the child.

Your role would be to inspire children who display challenging behaviours to succeed in closing the gap. These roles are both class based and 1-1.

If you can inspire and make a difference with these children and engage them in wanting to learn, then this is the role for you!

You Must:-

  • Have a passion for teaching and a `can do' attitude
  • Be someone who enjoys working with children and understand their educational needs
  • Be able to travel
