Job description
A secondary boys school in East London is looking to build up a bank of youth workers to take on roles as educational project workers to aid on a day to day basis with pastoral needs at the unit.
The unit itself caters for challenging youths (11-16 years) who have been excluded from mainstream education. The students respond well to a calm and laid back ethos however it is important for the youth workers to lay down boundaries to attain and maintain mutual respect.
