Baby Room Nursery Lead

We are currently working with a beautiful and welcoming nursery setting in Loughton that is looking to appoint an experienced Baby Room Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join a nurturing and child-focused environment that places a strong emphasis on early development, creativity, and high-quality care.

The nursery is seeking a confident and passionate early years professional who can lead the baby room, support staff, and create a calm and engaging environment where children can thrive.

The ideal candidate will:
• Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or above
• Have previous experience working within a baby room
• Be confident leading a team and supporting colleagues
• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Be caring, organised, and passionate about early years education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
