Job description
5 days a week - 08.30-16.00 TERM TIME ONLY

Would you like to work in a state of the art special school to pursue your career working with pupils who have special needs?

The school I am working with are looking for teaching assistants to start ASAP or from January.

The school is an GOOD (Ofsted) maintained special school for pupils from 5-11 with PMLD/SLD/MDVI and autism. It benefits from excellent staffing ratios, small class sizes and a highly personalised approach to learning.

This position has arisen due to increased numbers of pupils.The ideal candidate would have a proven record of supporting SEN students and have a basic understanding of PECS and Makaton.

Teaching Assistants with special school or mainstream experience are welcome to apply, graduates also looking to gain experience in a special needs classroom are encouraged to apply.

This school is easily accessible with free parking.
