Job description
Working with Autistic children can be a challenging environment, so we only want serious applicants who enjoy a challenge and that can show kindness, compassion and innovation to the wonderful people we help every day.

We currently have several vacancies available, meaning we have both support & team leader roles for successful applicants. The shifts we are currently recruiting for are 07:30am 14:45pm & 13:15pm 21:45pm.

Successful applicants will be supporting children within a residential unit. Duties will include providing personal care, taking part in group activities, report taking and supporting social and emotional development.

This role is temp to perm, with the objective that all successful candidates are offered permanent employment with the employer after 15 weeks.

We are offering a generous starting hourly rate of £9.00 for the 15 weeks you will be supplied via Protocol.

To be successful:
- You must have previously worked within a care setting, whether it be with children or adults.
- You must be aware of safeguarding regulations.
- You must be passionate and dedicated to the care of any students you are supporting.
- Preferably you will hold a recognized qualification either in Health and Social care, or the safeguarding of children.
- Team Teach is preferable, but not essential.
- You must be actively seeking ongoing employment full time.

On success of application, you will complete a full, three week induction, additionally receiving your care certification if you do not already have this.
