Autism Support Worker – Ferryhill

Help young people feel understood, supported and confident.

A specialist school in Ferryhill is seeking a caring and motivated Autism Support Worker to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

You'll work alongside experienced staff to support pupils with ASC and additional learning needs, helping them access education while developing their independence and confidence.

Location: Ferryhill
Pay: £92.63 - £102 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

Your Role in the School

Every day will be different. You'll provide individualised support, help pupils navigate their routines and encourage them to participate in learning and social activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
