Job description
Do you have experience working in mainstream schools? Are you flexible and available for temporary roles? Do you have experience with Autism? Can you manage challenging behaviour? If the answers are Yes to all the above, then we definitely want to hear from you.

Protocol Education is looking to appoint a Autism Support Assistant to work 1-1 with a child in Year 2 who has behavioural difficulties, in a mainstream primary school based in the London Borough of Redbridge. The position is long term until the end of the school year.

A background in Community and Care, SEND or if you have been a Youth Worker or Learning Mentor is desirable for this role. You will need to be flexible, have plenty of enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work 1-1 with this child and also gain their trust.
