Job description
LSA's are needed to work in a FE College in Frome. The pupils are aged 16-25 and have ASD and associated complex needs.

The school are seeking motivated LSA's to join their thriving team and support their pupils. There are part-time, full-time, just evenings or just weekend roles available. You will be a key member of their team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to their service users. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital.

Kindness and a positive attitude are essential in this role. Any background experience or knowledge is also beneficial, but your personality is what has the strongest influence on the pupils you are working with.
