Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants with special needs experience to work in an outstanding school located in Lambeth. This particular school caters for secondary students with autism, speech & language difficulties and varying levels of behaviour. As a teaching assistant you will be required to work one to one with students, support the class teacher, focus on academic studies such as English, Maths & Science & developing their social skills and behaviour.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students on a one to one basis
  • Provide mentoring support to students
  • Differentiate work to meet the students needs
  • Ensuring students engage with lessons & providing academic support
  • Helping the students with life & social skills
