Attendance Officer - Secondary School, Oxford


Protocol Education are workign with a secondary school in Oxford who are are currently looking for an Attendance Officer to join their Student Services Team. The successful applicant will support the school to meet the statutory requirement of taking accurate registration by maintaining accurate attendance records and analysing data. This is a key role in the Student Services Team and will involve liaising with Heads of Year, Tutors and parents/carers. The hours per week are 34.5 (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), this role is term time only, 38 weeks.

The school is situated in Kidlington, on the north-western edge of Oxford near to the Oxford Parkway Station (a 50-minute journey from London). They work closely with Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University. They are also fortunate to be at the gateway to the rural Cotswolds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
