Job description
Following the promotion of the existing post holder to a Deputy Headship, we are seeking an Assistant Principal to take a significant role in the leadership of our high performing, co-educational all-through school.

You will:

•have good academic qualifications and a strong record of effective leadership and achievement;

•support and develop effective teaching and learning;

•have the energy, the leadership and management skills to help lead our primary site on a day-to-day basis;

•enjoy working hard as part of a committed Senior Team;

•relate well to young people of a wide range of backgrounds;

•want a stimulating role that will prepare you effectively for Headship.
