Job description
Required for September 2018
Assistant Headteacher - with responsibility for teaching and learning/curriculum/standards/assessment

My clients based in the London Borough of Redbridge seek to appoint a well-informed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher, who
has proven leadership experience for the teaching and learning/ curriculum/ standards/assessment, to join their school.

Ofsted 2017, Leaders and governors have established a welcoming and nurturing environment in which pupils feel safe and valued.''

They require a senior leader who is a visionary and whose personal philosophy is firmly grounded in learning and teaching, one who can lead and maintain new initiatives, build and successfully develop effective teams and is committed to achieving the highest educational standards.

This is a full time commitment and the successful applicant must have:
• An outstanding record of classroom practice
• The ability to lead, motivate and inspire
• Commitment to sharing responsibility for raising standards and leading learning and teaching to outstanding
• The ability to build upon the current successes of the school.
• To lead on initiatives in the teaching and learning / curriculum / standards / assessment
