We’re working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Ealing looking for an Assistant Head Teacher to join them for the Summer Term. The school has a strong sense of community, a supportive Head, and a team that genuinely pulls together, no lone wolves here.

What you’ll be getting stuck into:

• Supporting the Head Teacher with day-to-day leadership and school improvement
• Leading on teaching and learning, helping great teaching become the norm, not the exception
• Coaching and developing staff, from ECTs finding their feet to experienced teachers refining their craft
• Playing a key role in behaviour, safeguarding, and creating a calm, purposeful school environment
• Working closely with parents, staff, and pupils to keep everything running smoothly
