An outstanding Specialist school located in the Sutton area are seeking a Behaviour Specialist who has extensive experience in working with children of all age groups who are on the Autistic Spectrum.

This School boasts a strong Team of experienced Teachers & Support staff and you should be able to advise staff members with further assistance with identifying behaviour traits and implementing strategies on best approach on how to improve behaviour.

Candidates who will stand out when applying should have very good experience of Autism and have worked with children who have challenging behaviour.

Ideally you will have a solid background in Psychology and be able to recommend strategies that will support students throughout the classroom

.

Main aspect of this role:

To use a range of strategies to provide quality experiences which meet the needs of all children in the class.

To liaise with teachers and support staff to provide the best education for the children in the class.

To be eligible you must:

Must have a Psychology background/degree

Solid experience of working with children who have ASD.

Be a UK resident or be eligible to work in the UK.

Hold a current and up to date DBS disclosure.

Strong Behaviour Management.

Be creative and innovative.
