SEN Teaching Positions.


Are you an experienced SEN Teacher living in Richmond/Kingston?


Protocol Education are currently working with a number of SEN schools who are looking to appoint SEN Teachers for a variety of day-to-day, short term and long term posts within SEN schools in Richmond/Kingston.

We are looking for teachers who are passionate about the provision of teaching for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to:

- teach 1:1 or small groups
- plan and evaluate provision
- lead and model excellent practice
- guide Learning Support Assistants
- liaise with parents and outside agencies
- work closely with the school SENCO and teachers

Desired skills and qualities are:

-Have knowledge/interest and experience working with Autism/ASD, ADHD, EBD, SLD, PMLD
- excellent behaviour management skills proven track record of excellent teaching
- excellent interpersonal skills
- warmth, empathy and patience
-Knowledge of BSL, Makaton, Team Teach, SPELL/TEACCH would be an advantage
