They are a good school where behaviour is of a high standard and they benefit from a supportive team. You will be working with a child in lower KS1 supporting to uphold these positive behaviour standards by supporting on a 1:1 basis. It is essential for this role that you have a good understanding of ASD and how this practically can impact on behaviour and learning. You will need to be able to support this child with a range of strategies.

Experience of working within a Primary school setting would be excellent, as well as having an understanding of the curriculum.
