Are you an experienced teaching assistant with good knowledge of ASD? Autistic Spectrum Disorder is a term used to describe a number of symptoms and behaviours which affect the way in which a group of people understand and react to the world around them. This school in Reading is looking for a new member with experience, resilience and a caring attitude to become a part of their team.

The role:
-Supporting teachers to educate children with challenging behaviours.
-Working with children with ASD
-Children aged 5 - 16 years.
-Potential 1:1 support with a child
-Monday - Friday

This school is situated in Reading and specialises in Autism. They help to build on their strengths, confidence, enjoyment and learning.

To be considered:
-Previous experience with ASD children
-Understanding of ASD and working in a special school
-Good listener and communicator.
-Previous roles in support and education.
-Eligible to work in the UK and a valid DBS.
