Some pupils struggle to communicate with words. That’s where you come in.
Supporting students through creative, practical learning
Encouraging self-expression through art and design
Helping reduce anxiety through structured creative activities
Working 1:1 with pupils who disengage in traditional lessons
Supporting behaviour positively and calmly
Your creativity won’t be an “extra”. It will be a tool.
Experience in therapeutic and creative interventions
Training in behaviour and trauma-informed practice
Daily collaboration with supportive staff
A structured, well-supported SEMH environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
