Job description
Do you live in the West Midlands?

Have you been working at the same school for many years and seek a new, more flexible opportunity....but are afraid of leaving the security of permanent work?

Join protocol and have the work life balance you seek, with the security of guaranteed pay!

We have a broad range of local schools with a variety of daily, short and long-term roles to keep you busy and to further prove our confidence in getting you consistent work, we can offer our Guaranteed Worker Agreement, so you receive between 3-5 days pay whether we secure you work that week or not....as a gesture for your loyalty to Protocol.

So you can get the flexibility of working the hours you want...in the schools you want....with the pay security you want!

Daily supply work is a great way of gaining experience in a variety of different school environments and can often open doors to more long term opportunities in a school you are familiar with.

We are looking for fully qualified teachers who can offer reliability, flexibility and a professional manner.

NQTS & Secondary trained teachers with experience of Primary teaching are welcome to apply.

In return we offer;

A Personal & Local Consultant,

Flexibility,

Guaranteed Pay,

A diverse role with difference

Priority consideration for Long Term placements

Familiarity and consistency, but with no day being the same

Lessons planned, or staff on site to assist with lesson planning and delivery

A great team vibe, with a dedicated consultant to support you.

What do you have to lose!!!?

Please do get in touch with Rachel at rgreaves@protocol-education.com or 0121 654 9260 and she will be happy to answer any questions or queries.
