Job description
Set in Sheffield Protocol are working with a Special Educational School who require a receptionist/ Administrator full time or Part time from September.

To be considered for this position the candidate must demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude. You will be the first point of contact for the School on reception and must be able to meet, greet and deal with enquiries as the visitor comes into the school.

Other duties that you will carry out include answering the telephone and resolving enquiries, calling parents, taxi’s and external agencies, sending out attendance emails and updating SIMS. Whilst SIMS is not an essential requirement the candidate must have ICT skills in order to learn software systems efficiently.
