Do you want to work in a school that values you and to work with students that need you?

Protocol Education is looking for special needs teaching assistants to work in a primary special needs school in the London borough of Ealing on a day to day basis. Special needs teaching assistants need to provide a high level of support to children with a range of learning difficulties including ASD (autism), complex needs and PMLD.

The school has a family orientated atmosphere and firmly believes in providing the best care to each and every child. After your initial induction you will have the opportunity to work in sensory rooms, use manual handling equipment and support children in a specialised swimming unit.

It is preferred to have experience of working with young children with special education needs. You will also need excellent inter-personal and communication skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative but also to be an effective team player. This is a dynamic and exciting post within a well-respected and high-profile team.

If you have a healthcare background or work in a creative industry then this could easily work for you. This school needs staff with medical experience as well as staff that have creative minds.
