Job description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our 'Outstanding' Ofstead rated school in the Hounslow area for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant.

The role is for an experienced and proactive person to work with a child who has additional needs and who will require someone with a strong passion for inclusion and ensuring pupil attainment.

You will be working 1:1 with the child on a daily basis both supporting with learning as well as taking on an aspect of care, so experience and a willingness to work in a role where there is moving and handling, as well as personal care involved is a must.

The skills required are not only working within SEN, preferably within the primary sector in a similar role but also the personality too, we want someone with a sense of humour, who is dynamic and friendly and happy to be flexible to the needs of both the child as well as the class that you will be working in, as supporting the Teacher and Class as a whole will also be part of the role.

In return for your experience and dedication we offer competitive rates of pay and you will be working with a school who have a strong sense of community, they have close relationships with staff and parents alike and have an inspiring ethos focusing around nurturing and respecting staff and students alike, to ensure that everyone achieves to their full potential.

This is a challenging but very rewarding role and we welcome applications from anyone who feels that they have the attitude and the experience we are looking for.

Please apply online or email your CV to me at mwilliams@protocol-education.com
