Job description
This SEND Learning Support Assistant position from after the Christmas break at least the end of the academic year and possible beyond , the position is working within a unit in a mainstream school.

The successful SEND LSA must:
• have at experience working with SEND
• be Team Teach qualified
• have good communication skills and deliver the national curriculum whilst bringing an element of fun into the classroom
• be reliable, professional, friendly and have an adaptable approach to work
• be able to inspire and motivate children with mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence
