Job description
This SEND Learning Support Assistant position from after Easter until at least the end of the academic year and possibly beyond , involves working within a unit in a mainstream school.

The successful SEND LSA must:
• have at experience working with SEND
• be Team Teach qualified
• have good communication skills and deliver the national curriculum whilst bringing an element of fun into the classroom
• be reliable, professional, friendly and have an adaptable approach to work
• be able to inspire and motivate children with mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence

All support staff applying for this role must have recent teaching experience, and newly qualified teachers are also welcome to apply. All applicants must have an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS or be willing to undertake one
