Job description
This SEND Learning Support Assistant position with an immediate start is expected to last until the end of the academic year and possibly beyond dependent on funding. The position is working within a unit in a mainstream school.

The successful SEND LSA must:
• have at experience working with SEND
• be Team Teach qualified
• have good communication skills and deliver the national curriculum whilst bringing an element of fun into the classroom
• be reliable, professional, friendly and have an adaptable approach to work
• be able to inspire and motivate children with mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence
