Job description
Protocol Education are working on behalf of a supportive, primary school in Rotherham, who are seeking a behaviour specialist TA to work on a 1:1 basis on daily supply with a view to go long term up to the summer and into September.


The ideal candidate would need to:
- have strong behaviour management skills
- have experience working with pupils with ASC, ADHD and SEMH
- have pro active attitude and the ability to de escalate situations prior to crisis
- commit fully to the role until July 2018 with the view of it potentially extending into the new academic year
