We’re recruiting for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in a Gateshead SEN provision.

You don’t need school experience. You need patience, reliability and a calm approach.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 classroom support

• Helping with focus and engagement

• Supporting emotional regulation

• Encouraging positive routines

• Communicating with teaching staff about progress

You’ll build a genuine connection and see your impact daily.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
