1:1 Learning Mentor

Secondary Support 

 Looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Mentor to support a KS3 pupil who needs consistent encouragement and structure throughout the school day.

Your role includes:

• Supporting one student with learning, confidence, and routine

• Keeping them engaged in lessons

• Helping them manage transitions and expectations

• Liaising with teachers and the SENCO

You’ll be a good match if:

• You’ve supported young people with additional needs before

• You’re calm, consistent, and good at building trust

• You enjoy one-to-one work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
