Job description

A mainstream Primary school in Tower Hamlets are looking for just that. The school xurrently have an opening for an LSA to assist the teacher within the classroom, specifically focussed on the development and attainment of children with autism. They need someone to build strong relationships with the students and colleagues, bring new ideas to the table and to track the progress of children within the class. This role provides ideal experience for those with aspirations of becoming an Educational Psychologist or SEN teacher in the future.

Applicants must have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
• Experience in or outside the classroom setting working closely with children with autism
• A high standard of communication skills with children or adults
• Commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn
• A passion for working with children and advocate of inclusive education
• Knowledge and Commitment to child Safeguarding

To be considered for this position you need to
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Provide 2 year's worth of professional or academic references
