Job description
Protocol Education are currently assisting an extremely successful Primary School in Loughborough to appoint a Year 3/4Teacher to commence from October half term 3 days per week - job share. This is a maternity cover in a 'good/improving' school.

The school is ideally looking for a teacher who is flexible and a great team player with a spirited personality. Qualities they would choose in their ideal candidate would be: dedication, excellent communication skills, willingness and an excellent classroom practitioner who fully involves themselves within the ethos of the school. Also a proven track record to enhance children's progress is essential and understanding effective learning. Additionally a good sense of humour and ability to build a strong rapport with both pupils and parents quickly.

The ideal teacher for this role will:

*Have QTS or an overseas equivalent qualification

*Be well organised with high expectations of achievement an behaviour

*Enjoy working as part of a team

*Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students

*Have great organisational and time management skills

*Previous KS2 experience
