Classroom support

Teaching assistants and classroom support workers currently make up over a third of the UK classroom workforce and schools increasingly value the flexibility and individual pupil support that this group provides. We find work for support workers in a wide range of roles, with increasing levels of complexity, diversity and richness in the work you undertake.
From supporting the teacher in helping pupils during lessons, to delivering targeted interventions and learning support for specific pupils, we find you a classroom role that suits your skills and experience. All you need are good reading, writing and numeracy skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
