Simon - Branch Manager
Hi, I’m Simon and I am the Branch Manager. I originally trained as a PE teacher and taught in various London and International schools but have worked for Protocol Education for the last 14 years. Before taking over as Branch Manager I managed a large team of consultants solely responsible for recruiting Teachers and Support Assistants across the whole of London.
I have lived in South East London for the last 7 years and have a 4 year old son who has just started school! As an ex-teacher and parent I fully understand the need for quality local Teachers and Support staff and feel lucky to work with a great team of hard-working, dedicated consultants to help schools with their individual needs and candidates to find their ideal role.
James - Secondary Consultant
Hi, I'm James and I am the Secondary Consultant for the Bromley and Bexley area. I have lived in the area for over twenty years and work exclusively with secondary schools here. Focusing solely on the area enables me to fully understand the needs and requirements of each school in order to place the right candidates into each position. I have previously worked as a Learning Support Assistant in a SEN unit at a secondary school in Bromley. I have also taught English as a foreign language at a primary school in China and enjoyed experiencing education in another country.
Rue - Primary/SEN Consultant
Hi, I am Rue and I am the consultant working exclusively with Primary and SEN Schools in Bexley, Bromley and Kent. In the past I have worked in Mainstream Primary and SEN Schools as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and LSA, in 1-2-1 support and in small groups. I get to know the schools I work well with and pride myself on recruiting the best possible staff for them!
Emily - Primary Consultant
Hi, I am Emily and I am the consultant working exclusively with Primary Schools in Bexley & Bromley. In the past I have worked as a KS1 teacher and I have also completed various supply teaching assignments for all year groups in Primary Schools throughout Lewisham and Bromley. Through this experience I understand just how important high-quality, professional staff are to the effective running of your school, and know the kind of people who will work well in different situations.
Emma - Support Coordinator
My name is Emma and i am the Support Coordinator for the Bromley branch. It is my job to work alongside the consultants to make sure we have the best quality candidates available for our schools. I also deal with bookings and register new candidates. My passion has always been ‘people’ and my experience ranges from Sales Support for a global Media company, Marketing for an award winning company who provided energy efficiency solutions for Schools , and Management within a leading fashion retailer. I thrive on organising and getting things done, and I love meeting new people - so am in my element with my role at Protocol Education and I look forward to dealing with you in the future.
