Salary - ££20,000-£28,000 + OTE

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Protocol Education, a market leading education supply agency. We are looking to recruit an Education Recruitment Consultant to develop our Primary and Secondary business across the Hertfordhire area. The role is available in our Watford Office.

The role will deal largely with developing close client relationships and increasing the current Primary or Secondary School business in the Herfordshire area.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in Education recruitment or an experienced teacher looking to develop their career outside of the classroom. You will be hands on, driven, self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced work environment and not afraid of hard work. You will need access to a car for school visits.

We offer a competitive base salary, very attractive monthly commission scheme, in addition to a termly team bonus.
