Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Year 3 students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and styles of students, ensuring each child receives personalized support.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to foster a cohesive and enriching educational experience for students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience in Key Stage 2 or Year 3.
• Solid understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies relevant to Year 3.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Dedication to promoting a love for learning and instilling confidence and resilience in students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
