Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they receive personalized assistance.
- Prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips.
- Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities and events.
