Position: Sports Graduate

As a Sports Graduate, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to lead active and healthy lifestyles while developing their physical skills and confidence through sports and physical education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering high-quality sports and physical education lessons that engage and inspire students across different age groups.
  • Support the delivery of extracurricular sports clubs and activities, encouraging participation and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to develop their sports skills and achieve their personal fitness goals.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff members to integrate physical activity into the wider school curriculum and promote a culture of health and well-being.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of school sports events, tournaments, and fixtures, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
  • Passion for sports and physical education, with a desire to inspire and motivate young people to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and creativity to deliver engaging and inclusive sports activities and programs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall ethos and success of the school.
