About the Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant with Protocol Education, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to young learners in their formative years within mainstream primary schools in Enfield.
Key Responsibilities:

Individualized Support: Offer tailored assistance to early years students, addressing their unique learning needs and fostering a positive educational experience.

Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and safe learning environment, promoting engagement and participation.

Observation and Reporting: Monitor students' progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to individual development plans.

Inclusive Learning: Support the inclusion of all students, ensuring that each child has equal opportunities for learning and social interaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and fellow staff members, contributing to a positive and collaborative school culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, preferably in a mainstream primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
