About the Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant with Protocol Education, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to young learners in their formative years within mainstream primary schools in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Individualized Support: Offer tailored assistance to early years students, addressing their unique learning needs and fostering a positive educational experience.

  2. Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and safe learning environment, promoting engagement and participation.

  3. Observation and Reporting: Monitor students' progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to individual development plans.

  4. Inclusive Learning: Support the inclusion of all students, ensuring that each child has equal opportunities for learning and social interaction.

  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and fellow staff members, contributing to a positive and collaborative school culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Previous experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, preferably in a mainstream primary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young children.
