Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for early years students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary
  • Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that fosters the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
  • Experience working with early years students
  • Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching early years students

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development principles and best practises in early years education
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners
  • Strong classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in early childhood education
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
