Protocol Education Agency is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Early Years Primary Teacher to join a vibrant primary school located in the scenic Epping Forest area. This is a full-time position covering maternity leave, with an anticipated start date in September 2024.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for early years students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to early childhood education.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience working with early years students in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate individual learning styles.
