"Narrowing the Gap" - Tuition Services

Protocol Education has now launched a unique tuition and intervention service called 'Narrowing the Gap'.

'Narrowing the Gap' is a flexible tuition service that provides short-term, high impact literacy and numeracy support programmes for pupils in both primary and secondary schools.

The service is designed to supplement existing classroom teaching and deliver real progress for those pupils who need additional help in narrowing the attainment gap, targeted at those children where the class teacher has identified a need for specific catch up support.   Schools working with Protocol Education’s ‘Narrowing the Gap’ service receive:  

• Specialist one-to-one or small group teaching, delivered by effective, qualified teachers
• A flexible and individualised approach to narrow specific gaps in pupil learning
• Targeted and measured progress against specific objectives agreed with the classroom teacher
