An overview of Protocol Education

Protocol Education is a specialist Education Recruitment Agency and has an extensive UK profile within the education sector offering schools access to one of the largest teacher and staffing candidate databases in the industry. We are the market leader in London and third in the UK overall.

Attracting suitably qualified teaching and support staff, administration and technicians is a core competence of our business and to ensure that the most suitably qualified and motivated staff are available across our UK network we also have permanent overseas offices in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Our overseas network is strategically aligned with UK operations ensuring a smooth transition for staff wanting to work in the UK.

Our Branch’s across the UK are open and fully staffed from 7am – 6-30pm Monday to Friday during term times (9am - 4pm in school holidays). Additionally the branch has an on call service answered by one of our Account Management team outside the office hours and at weekends.

Protocol Education holds a range of contractual agreements with LA’s across the UK.

Preferred Supplier Agreements/Partnerships

We have many established bespoke Preferred Supplier agreements and partnerships across the UK due to our wide capacity and capability to supply the nature of these agreements.

Sole Supply Agreements

Calling on our global network our marketing department and web facility enables us to individually fulfil the supply needs of an LA or cluster.

Local and Cluster Partnerships

Local knowledge from our branch network ensures a targeted approach to the needs of the cluster. Local staff are ring fenced for continuity for these partnerships. We have a community approach therefore sharing resources and best practice results in a successful alliance where communication is paramount.

Managed Agency

Using our IT infrastructure we are able to facilitate either on site management of the supply pool, or an off site local management of your supply needs. The arrangements for the managed supply agency could retain the LA Teachers Terms and Conditions.

Comprehensive Account Management Team

A dedicated account manager and team would be appointed to service the needs of the partnership and contract. An action plan is developed in conjunction with the LA and schools, which is reviewed regularly to ensure all KPI’s are met.
