Double Bedroom Available in the East End

My name is Jennifer Smith and I am a Canadian teacher who originally came to London with my sister. However, my sister is having trouble finding work in her field and can't afford to stay here. I live in a 2 double bedroom flat in between Leyton and Leytonstone (both zone 3). I'm seconds from buses, and a 15 minute walk to the Leytonstone station. The landlord is a police officer who lives on the main floor (so it's nice a safe) with his wife (who is also a teacher) and their two children. The house is located across from a beautiful park and is minutes from tesco, marks and spencer food and other grocery stores.
Like I said I'm a teacher, I'm 28, I love movies, trying to cook and reading. The place is furnished and the bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, all brand new. Rent is 500 pounds a month (everything included - even wireless internet).
I am very neat, and easy to get along with! I love wine too, and really want to start traveling, so having someone who is looking to have an adventure or too would be nice!!
My sister is leaving this week so anytime would be perfect! I wouldn't even required advance in rent as I've already paid all those fees! Rent is paid to the landlord downstairs on the 15th of every month! It's a really good sized room, still lots of room for a desk or whatever else.
