A very successful purpose built nursery are looking for a deputy manager to join their team full time and start immediately.



Key objectives of the role:

· Assist with the effective daily management of the nursery in accordance with Company Policy; the Children Act 1989, and other relevant legislation; and all Local Authority and OFSTED requirements.

· Ensure the safety, security and well being of all children registered with the nursery.

· In the absence of the Nursery Manager, undertake overall management responsibility for the nursery, including liaising with OFSTED and all external agencies.

· Assist the Manager in ensuring all agreed Company Policies and procedures are maintained in the nursery at all times.



They are ideally looking for an experience practitioner, previous senior or management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
